So much has happenend since my last update 2 months ago! Oops!

We enjoyed Christmas in Saskie this year. We got to see a lot of family and a few friends...Jorja got to hang out with Ashlyn, so we were all happy!

We enjoyed New Year's Eve with the Gallaughers and the Joys at the Keg...the girls were all so we good and we were there for over 2 hours.

We are now potty training full on and have been for a few weeks; even last week when we went to Mexico! The only thing Jorja won't do is #2 on the potty...but she did ask to go #2 on the potty in Mexico! Yay Jorja!!

We spent last week at the Riu Vallarta just north or Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. A little different holiday than Scott and I are used to but Jorja had an absolute blast! She called our fancy resort, "her castle" and wants to head back asap. She got a few braids and made good buddies with Madison from Toronto. Our two families hung out for most of the week so it was awesome! They were so great and so was their 8 year old son Lucas who watched over Madison (2 years older than JJ) and Jorja. Scott went surfing in Salyulita and I got a massage at the spa so everyone was happy.

We are now looking forward to year end for me (yuck), my chick weekend in March and Scott's pheasant tournie in February. Scott and I are also going with a few couples to Vancouver for an adult only weekend in April! Yay!! Jorja will be super happy because Gramma Wearmouth and Tom are babysitting!

What else? I am going on a houseboat stagette in June and probably heading to Saskie with Jorja and the dog for the first week of July again...but I promise to write before then to keep you all updated better.

Let the chaos begin!

We flew to Kelowna last weekend and had a crazy great time with the Belbins last weekend. The kids played their hearts out and in between hugs and fights, there was a trip to Tube Town up at Silverstar and some shopping for Alison and I. Jorja was awesome on the plane this time, but considering it was only an hour, I'm not surprised! We are getting ready for Christmas and I was baking up a storm (picture of me and my "helper" to come!), shopping and organizing the past couple of weeks. Jorja loves all the excitement around the big day but I think is mostly excited to go see Grampa Hart and Gramma Sherry!
I'm looking forward to the down time and Scott is looking forward to not having to worry about work!

Things have been super busy at the Wearmouth household. We enjoyed Jorja's Halloween candy, Scott went on two hunting trips, Jorja, Jett and I went to Saskie to visit and I went on a girl's trip to Phoenix with Karen!

Jorja also got her first official haircut from our neighbour Sandi. She was sooo good and because it was only a trim, it took about 5 minutes.

On our Saskie visit we hung out with the Longmores and gramma and grampa babysat so I could go to Jaime's shower...so good to be home and see my friends both with and without Jorja!

Grampa babysat TWICE while we were there!! He and Uncle Jeff took her to McDonalds and they had a great time! I'm so happy I got to go for lunch with the girls and my dad and bro got to bond with Jorjie....

We had a great dinner at our place on Saturday. Dan and Carrie came for a sleep over and Ryan and Renee brought over their new daughter Somwyn for us to hog, er hold. Carrie and Dan were getting practice with a four month old and a very busy 2 year old! Poor Dan just shook his head when Jorja kept getting up from bed, like a million times. He has no idea....ha! Dan and Scott went to the hockey game and good ol' Ryan hung out with the girls and fed me lots of red wine. Did I mention how many times my "angel" had to be put back to bed?!
Oh yah, and today she told us her whole name! Wow! She said, "Jiji Wearmaow"....too cute!

So, Jorja is now 2.5 years old and since she started sleeping in a big girl bed for naps at the dayhome, we thought it was time for her own big girl bed at home...it started off soooooooo well but last night Scott put her back to bed 19 times! Yep, then again I put her to bed at 2.30 and 6.30 a few more times and then we just got up. Transitions are not fun! Anyway, Scott and I had a great night out with friends at the end of September when we got our lovely neighbour to hang out at our house and we went and rocked out at our favorite band's show, the Supersuckers! too much fun and it took me forever to catch up. Totally worth it though! Scott is gearing up for his two, yes two, hunting trips at the beginning of November and I just booked my Phoenix trip with my good friend Karen...it's only two nights there but man, we are totally going all out! So pumped! We are heading to Kelowna with Jorja to visit the Belbin's and new Mara in December and are in the process of booking a Mexico trip in the new year.....so much to do, so little time and money, but hey, we are having fun!!

What a summer the Wearmouths had....we had the Wall family and the Schwartz family up to the cabin for Scott's birthday weekend. Everyone ate and played hard....and the boys did other things hard too...until the wee hours of the morning. Fun was had by all....Jorja still lifts up her shirt and says, "jorjies baby in her tummy....where angie's baby go?" ha!! I enjoyed the Labour Day long weekend back in Saskie for the Rider game...I went by myself! I had sooooo much fun but my headache was a bad one. Not bad enough that I won't do it next year though. Scott and I are off to see our favorite band tonigt: the Supersuckers....should be super fun and we've booked a trip for all 3 of us to go visit the Belbins in Kelowna....they just gave us our 2nd great neice! Busy, busy as always...Jorja keeps us on our toes and I can't imagine how tired I'll be when we have two of them running around in a few years!
